Traditional style reflexology session that will focus on select health disorders by working on pressure points in the feet and /or hands. An approximate 60 minutes allotted time will be hands on foot/ hand work and an extra 15 minutes allotted time for recovery or optional chair massage will complete this session. Essential oils, herbal teas and a colored throw for warmth will be optional to enhance the health benefits of this treatment.
